Lizza Gebilagin, Editor-In-Chief of Women’s Health and mum to a one-year-old, recently began using SleepHub. Lizza had suffered from disrupted sleep after the birth of her baby. But when the baby began to sleep through the night, she couldn’t.  This is common for many mothers.  Having to get up through the night to feed and tend to a baby or toddler is one of the ways that our brain establishes bad sleeping patterns and it’s difficult to reestablish a good pattern.  With the help of SleepHub, Lizza was able to transform her sleep and learn how to sleep well again.
